Day one!

Just wanted to start a discussion for those who have a goal set for this year, for those who ate far too many Easter Eggs this weekend but loved every minute of it, for those who want to motivate each other and for those who want to stay accountable!

I have a holiday in September that I want to be bikini ready for, I have about a stone and half to loose but generally focus more on how I am feeling/looking rather than depending on the scales. I eat well 80% of the time, currently do IF and train between 5-6 times a week! I just need to be stricter on the weekends, and track more accurately to see the results I want!

I tend to find it easier once I start seeing results so I am counting today as my day one! I LOVE eating out on the weekends and any form of chocolate, but I do find myself a bit of an all or nothing girl, so sometimes I am just better off saying no!

Anyone wanting to share their story, goals or results.. feel free! I need motivation and I need to push myself! Once I get going and feel good I buzz from it, so I am feeling very motivation now. I always find that once Easter is out the way, the clocks have changed and summer is coming.. it suddenly gets easier!

Will be checking in on here weekly, sharing results and motivating others.. I am interested to hear what works for others! I don't believe in any fad diets, eat less and move more generally works for me.
