Hey all. Back at this again. Starting back on my 5x5 strength sessions including some HIIT workouts to increase strength and muscle again whilst keeping lovingly ripped! Anyone else into this sort of training? Would love to get likeminded friends and motivate eacithet through this!! I was a PT also so always happy to help! Uk here Liverpool/st Helens
