Motivation Needed (21M journey from 250 to 210)

Started at 250. Down to 243. My current goal is 210, but overall I think I'd like to get down to somewhere between 180-195. Looking to make sustainable changes to better myself. I've already been slowly adding more exercise and IF to my routine. I try to walk at least 60 minutes a day (going to graduate to jogging soon, hopefully eventually running) and I've been doing 16:8 IF 12-20. If anyone is doing anything similar let me know!
