Hi! i’m new, and today marks the start of my new keto diet ! My current weight is 300 lbs with a hopeful end goal of 120lbs. I have pcos which is a hormonal imbalance that has really helped the weight gain. i’m excited to see if this diet helps and if i’ll see any improvement ! Any advice would help !!

Welcome! You've got some lofty goals there, but you're in a place where there's abundant proof that those goals ARE attainable! I don't have any advice specific to keto since my weight loss strategy was mainly "you're not an idiot, so stop eating like one". My only general advice is this: some weeks will be far more productive than others, and it won't always make sense why. Don't get discouraged if you get one of the bad weeks. Stick to it, and best of luck! You've already tackled one of the biggest parts, and that is to get the ball rolling.0
