Support and motivarion

Looking for motivation and support. I am not paying attention to the scale anymore. I have a pant size goal. I started out as a 20. I am now an 18. Goal by June is to be a 14/16. Eventually a 10/12. I get so obsessed with the scale that I am trying something new. I will take any support I can get. I have a race in 17.5 weeks that I am training for. I can do this.

    I never weigh, don't own a scale. I go by my clothes. I am a size 10 and happy with that size. It allows me to maintain without depriving myself to often. I workout 5 times week and log food M-F. Weekends I eat what I want no logging. I also enjoy a few light beers. This plan keeps me balanced.
