hi just starting already lost .6 in one day cant wait to keep going. :).
Trying to feel better while eating the wrong foods just eating less.

    Don't get too disappointed if the weight slows down, that was likely "water woosh."

    Like you, I have not changed the quality of what I eat but I have changed the quantity. And short workouts each day
