Hello MFP! I don't know how many times i've started this journey over but i am tired of it. I don't know why i'm so lazy, i take full responsibility. Help me stay on track!! Add me friends :smile:

    I'm a stop and starter myself, and something that I've come around to is figuring out why I fall off the wagon and ways to prevent it. For me meal planning helped. I'm a grab-and-go type of girl, so the more things I could prep and pre-measure the easier it is for me to stick to my goals. Getting enough protein also made a significant difference. I also joined one of the challenges on the General forum and that gave me some added incentive. Just got to find the things that work for you.
