Baby Weight, Finding Time

I had 3 kids in 2 years (set of twins in there) so I'm trying to lose baby weight! I have thyroid problems, so it's always been such a struggle. I work full-time and feel like all I can do is a thirty minute power walk on my lunch break because I'm needed at home and a trip to the gym isn't an option. How do other moms with little ones make it work? My plan is to try to eat clean during the day at work and then eat what they eat (in moderation) at home in the evenings. Any tips or tricks are welcome!

I have a 3 year old and work full time. I go to the gym 2-3x a week and do calorie counting. I can say I couldn't have done it without the support of my spouse and my in law who watches my lil one so I can to the gym. My 3 year old doesn't go to daycare. I work night shift and hubby works days.
You just got to find time and sometimes it's harder than said.
I can say though, since I lost weight I felt I have so much more energy and doesn't feel sluggish like I used too.

First off, are you taking care of the thyroid problem? If so, great! If not, you should address that first with your doctor. After that, all that is needed for weight loss is eating fewer calories than you burn in a day. Exercise is not necessary. I'm sure you are getting plenty of exercise chasing around those little ones!

One tip I would have is to watch the snacking. It can be so easy to eat a couple goldfish crackers or other snacks here or there that we feed our kids. Those can add up quick if you are no careful.
