    It tastes like lightly flavored ice. I think it's a waste of money and you're better off going with Arctic Zero, Halo Top, Enlightened, Slim Twin, or any other brand but them.

    If you're looking for ice cream consistency, it's best to go with another brand. It's a bit unique - it needs to thaw a little bit but it's sort of like something between frozen ice and soft serve. I thought it was pretty good with a little chocolate sauce or syrup, but I wouldn't consider it a direct replacement for ice cream.

    We don’t have Wink by me but the Enlightened fudge bar 70 calories 3g sugar is good. The Breyers carb smart is similar.

    Tonight I had a quest chic protein 135 cal shake for dessert 0 sugar. I put some psyllium husk in it. I was low on protein today so I had that.

    Got in my first order of wink ice cream yesterday I’m allergic to dairy and I really liked it now I can eat a pint of ice cream a night
