I follow a Keto Diet. The jar is a creamy salsa dressing.

A “protein salad”.
I go to a salad bar and take only the items high in protein: diced ham, diced turkey, diced egg, diced bacon, and shrimp if they have it.
No veggies, no dressing.

It's actually super easy. I do 3 parts salsa, 1 part sour cream, and lime juice to taste. That's it. I use full fat sour cream, but I think reduced fat would work fine as well.

Ice cream cone with chocolate ice cream. Not my usual lunch but I had a bad morning and sitting in the sun eating ice cream really improved my mood.2
