Have 25lbs to lose, any buddies? :)

at the beginning of this year I weighed 156lbs, I participated in the Daniel Fast with my Church (it lasted 21 days) I didn't eat a single piece of junk food, not even a chocolate chip! by the end of it I weighed 146.5, I felt waaay better (physically and spiritually), but 6 months later I don't feel so good physically, I got up to 163lbs!!, yesterday I weighed 158.5, so I'm getting there, but I think I really need to cut out junk food, probably not all at once like I did on the fast, because I felt kinda deprived then went nuts when the 21 days were over. my goal weight was going to be 135, but I'm thinking more like 140, I'm 5' 11" so that's a good weight for me, the lowest I can be is 132 without being considered underweight, so 135 might be my ultimate goal weight, but 140 is still a happy healthy weight for me, I plan to reach it by November 1st.
Have you went on an extreme diet then gained all the weight back PLUS some? it sucks
if you plan to lose a few pounds I'd be glad to have you as a friend on here!!
