Hi, I've been a member since last Sunday and finding it easier to count calories, I'm currently a member of slimming world and lost 5st9lb back in 2014 only to regain most of it back, so back to square one. I find it better to count the calories I eat and feel more in control of my portion sizes and what I put in my mouth,so even though slimming world has worked in the past I feel they don't teach you about portion control and decided to put all the food I eat on here to see just how much I eat. I'm seriously thinking of trying mfp full time, my only down fall is I find I stick to it if I'm in group as it keeps me from cheating. But begrudge paying 4.95 if I'm not following their plan fully or just to get weighed. I was even thinking of asking the nurse at the doctors if she could weigh me once a week just so I stay right. So here's the start of my weight loss journey I have about 10 St to lose. Nicky x
