The scale

Right now I don’t have a bathroom scale. I’ve been using my mom’s scale, which isn’t too accurate. I know that at one point in time, I weighed myself using mom’s scale either just before or after going to the doctor. The doctor’s scale, presumably the one that was accurate, said I was two pounds heavier than mom’s. How rude! Lol.
I want to get my own scale but then I think that will throw everything off. (Especially if my weight ends up being higher on the new scale) then MFP will be disappointed in me lol.

Pick a scale, weigh yourself at the same time (in the morning after going to the bathroom is usually best) and track long term trends. Different scales will always give different numbers, it's the trend that matters.4
