Agree 100%, I thought when I joined MFP it was like minded people trying to improve themselves and give and get positive support; maybe have a little fun and friendship along the way, but like just about anything else that lets people say or do things without accountability, it will get abused and there are always sad people that just want to bring everyone around them down instead of trying to lift themselves up.
Insightful, Inspiring, Like, Hug are all good; how about adding Love and Support too?
Disagree should go, it will only be abused by the trolls.
It would be better if anytime someone clicks a response, their MFP name is added to that response so it can be seen by the person that owns the comment and everyone else.
@_Miss_Chievous Do not let anyone bring you down for any reason, you are beautiful and strong and determined in every way and the trolls that are trying to get a reaction are just sad pathetic beings, ignore them, they are not worth you giving them a second thought or any recognition.
Keep looking forward and not back and you will get to where you want to be.

Well said. I find it deeply disturbing that someone would tag that particular post with a negative reaction, considering what that poster is going through right now. I hope it was unintentional, otherwise it's just cruel and pathetic.6 -

I totally agree!
The purpose of this app is to help people with their weight loss and fitness goals.
The community is a big part of that.
Of course everyone is not going to agree on everything, but it seems that some people are targeted with absolutely no reason or explanation.
There are a few people in here that will actually verbalize their thoughts and opinions (even when they are not popular) and they seem to be the ones that get targeted the most. They donβt deserve that. They are entitled to their opinion and if someone is going to disagree with them they should at least have the nerve to do it openly.4 -

I got talked into going to BWW because my son wanted macaroni and cheese. Had to endure football and UFC (so mostly naked men beating the crap out of one another).
Still, mother/son date was fun... although Sebastian told me I couldn't call it a "date" because he wasn't an adult and dating is something only adults do. :laugh:
