I understand when it's an opinion. But disagreeing with selfies and clearly targeting me (as the disagree number is now starting to climb) is kind of concerning. Who has the time and that much hate in them 🤷🏻♂️1 -

If it makes you feel even the tiniest bit better, I got put in "jail" awhile back because I chose to post a photo of myself after I had dyed my hair a dark color. The dye got all over my skin and even though I was in a towel, you could not see it and I had the image cut off just above the breasts so you couldn't see anything untoward. I still got reported for "nudity and/or offensive" imagery because someone got a burr up their butt. Even though there are loads of selfies in this thread alone that have more cleavage showing and more skin showing than I had in that ONE photo.
You just sadly get used to it.4 -

I get it. For quite a while i was the mist disliked person on this forum. Every post i made got double digit woos....thats today's disagree.....even my selfies. It wasn't until a lot of the people doing the hating either went to private groups, left the site, or got banned did it start turning. I have pissed a few people off, and there a few that sure have pissed me off, but one thing i alwYs tried to do was own my disagreements, and never get nasty in a debate or discussion. Im no angel, i am not without blame for some bad feelings by some.....but the avalanche of mob rules mentality hate was ridiculous. The regulars now dont seem to have that kind of attitude so i say your lonely disagree monger is just a cranky anonymous coward. You are just fine....but you know that already anyway

Second this. Don't let them get to you, otherwise, they win and get what they want.
And I get it; generally, I want to get along with and not be disagreeable with others, but I have had to accept that my mere existence is just going to offend and/or piss certain people off and there is NOTHING I can do about it. And I refuse (at this point) to be apologetic about existing, living my life and being the best person I can for myself and others.

Eta: I think (I might be wrong), that even though standard users can't see who is abusing the disagree option, the moderators can. I seem to recall them coming after abusers of the "Woo" option in the past for the same thing.5 -

For a while there was almost no disagrees... I've noticed alot in the last few days. I'm guessing maybe old members who are bitter may be back... but whoever it is, I'm actually finding it funny now because they're acting like they're in elementary school 😏🤣10

I believe that a moderator can see who is the disagree person......if so i think if it becomes an issue it should be made public. When every post gets a disagree its obviously a troll. So, out them. Consequence to action is the only way to stop a bad behavior. And if they have a real beef as to why they disagree....talk it out. You know.. I had that problem for a while, I had a bunch of haters following me everywhere, at one point I reported my posts because it was just getting annoying. It stopped after i started reporting them, i don't know who it was but to me.. those people are cowards because they hide behind a screen and can't own up to it. Mature people would "talk it out" ... unfortunately some people will never grow up. It used to bother me but now... not at all because most people here are decent people ❤7 -
