High Carb Day

We’ve reached our first high carb day! Who’s excited???
A few tips:
-Still take in most of those carbs post-workout: EARN YOUR CARBS
-Add fruit or veggies to every meal throughout the day
-Increase your portion size of the carbs you’re currently eating
-Still try to stay away from processed sugars

    I ate 370 grams of carbs yesterday, am I high carb according to your measuring stick?

    If you’re new to high carbs and doing your own sample of one “science experiment”, I hope you’ll share updates because I’m interested and am sure there are others here also.
