I beginning again. I joined several years ago, didn't work the plan much, gained weight. So today I will pay for the premium and start again. Maybe if I pay for it, I will be motivate to work it. I've been getting up early lately to walk. Please pray for me that I DO THIS. I'm 69 and have stage 3 ckd.
