Hey All!! Need tips to stay on course

I just started using MyFitnessPal 5 days ago and I must say...I can already feel the difference!
Its damn hard to stay on course and need all the support! Please share your tips on how to PERSIST!!

My goal - trim fat from abs and get rid of muffin top.
Weight - 54 kg
Height - 5'1"
Activity level - Sedentary
Workout frequency - 3 times a week - weights and cardio
