Ember inns, UK - how do I log the food?

Hi everyone, thought i'd treat myself today so had a pub lunch - one of the Ember Inns chain, but have no idea how to log it - chicken breast, peas and seasoned chips...I could do it separately but wonder if anyone knew the ember inns calorific value - probably loads lol!
