Starting Over.....Again

Hi Everyone!

I have gained and lost weight so many times, I don't even remember when or where or how. I am starting again because I need to for my health as well as to set a good example for my teenage kids. My issue isn't exercise, it's the food cravings that I give into. I'm a salt freak so fries, potato chips, Doritos......any advice on THAT is appreciated. :)

    My gosh you sound like me! I go to the gym so that’s not an issue. I also know what to eat and what to avoid to lose weight. My issue is giving in to my cravings! That’s what I need motivation with!!!! I would love it if we could help each other out. I feel if I have people on here looking at my diary then I will resist cheating and giving in.
