Anyone else addicted to the gym, in decent shape but just can't seem to stay on track with your food?
I need someone to vent to (and vice versa) - someone who's just as dedicated as me: Gym successes, tips and goal AND staying on track with the macros to finally keep off those last few kgs and get in the best shape of our lives by summer 2019!

Hi Serena,
I am very much a gym rat. Go 7 days a week. I am great at lifting but the eating is the hardest part. I just started tracking my macros and carb cycling. I am trying to figure out the sweet spot with the calories with the right ratio of carbs and days. I am always starving and need the energy to push heavy weights. What do you know about tracking macros?0
