Anyone else addicted to the gym, in decent shape but just can't seem to stay on track with your food?
I need someone to vent to (and vice versa) - someone who's just as dedicated as me: Gym successes, tips and goal AND staying on track with the macros to finally keep off those last few kgs and get in the best shape of our lives by summer 2019!

Same! I prioritize gym (and hitting my protein goal) over most other commitments, but sometimes a couple of beers - or donuts - are just too good to pass up 😛0

The gym is the easy part. It's the healthy eating that's tricky because my kids want to eat chicken nuggets, mac n cheese, chips, waffles, etc. I rarely hit my protein goal, but I'm pretty good at limiting my portions and losing weight. I know that I have to figure this out though to get to the next level.0
