I'm trying to reduce my booze intake too - I only had one glass of wine last week, which is great for me. A few months ago it was 2-3 glasses per night. I miss my red wine, but I don't miss the side effects!

In - I only drink on Fridays & Saturdays now - makes it easier to avoid absent minded snacking too. The lower tolerence helps avoid hangovers too ! :drinker:

Went shopping & found myself in the wine isle but resisted the devil on my shoulder ;)

Lol am I the only person who finds that wine makes me LESS inclined to snack? When I'm in a happy wine place, all I want is a little more wine, no need for food to ruin it  :drinker:

Wine doesn't make me snack either. I might have a little chocolate or a little cheese, but it doesn't lower my inhibitions snack-wise.

Gin on the other hand makes me think it's okay to clear the cupboards of all food stocks.

    Have a great day

I definitely haven't given up alcohol, but I do find myself drinking less than I used to so that I can keep my calories lower and feel better during my workouts.

I vow every weekend to quit the wine during the week then always find an excuse to have some :drinker: Personally I lose so much easier when I don't drink so much but it has just become a habit. Got to work hard on breaking this once and for all!
