Positive Accountability and Sharing

My friends are busy with their own priorities and none of them are working on losing weight right now. So I'm looking for more friends that I can share goals, mistakes, and accomplishments with.
Did you have a way over calorie day? Let's talk about it and figure out why and how to avoid that. Did you smash a 5k or difficult workout? Let me be your cheerleader because I know how hard those things are!

I'd like to share good and bad days of food logging and have discussion about healthy choices in general. I dont know how to add friends...I'm new here. But add me and we can be friends! I also have a Fitbit if you want to add me there we could do challenges.

    I've been kinda meandering along, but I've also been trying to beat the 500 squat challenge and the other day I got to 100, which is not terrible progress.

    I don't have a Fitbit but I'm considering it. Do you like yours?

    Hi! I’d love to be your friend on here. I’m the exact same situation as you :) I didn’t know you could add someone on Fitbit, that’s awesome. I just got mine so still a newbie haha
