So my body doesn’t look slimmer but my scale Says I’m smaller? But I’ll keep going to my goal wish me luck :)

    Amber,
    You see your body every day and it is hard to see the difference that weight loss makes. You should take the time to measure yourself. You will find that you can get slimmer and put on weight, because muscle weights more thin fat. Unfortunately the opposite is true, you can loss weight and get fatter by losing muscle and gaining fat. I wish you the best, I know you can do it.

    3 months in, lost 10 pounds with 10 to go. But, 16 inches off this body of mine.

    Change on the scale may be fat, water, undigested food, etc. You can use a tape measure to see if your body measurements are changing, and a trend weight app to “even out” water weight fluctuation.
