Came in couple hundred calories under maintenance yesterday pleased with this just taking it steady x but found the nutrition tab and see I'm not getting my vitamins - the vitamin a amount was miniscule so it's got me thinking I want to do better on this today. Cheer us all on for more carrots broccoli yellow peppers and eggs! Have a great day x

    When food is entered into the database not everyone enters in the vitamin totals when they load a food, so it isn't an overly accurate way to track your vitamin intake.
