62. Male. Small town (12,500) in southern Indiana. 240 pounds. Probably about 36% body fat. 49” waist. Approx 140/95 blood pressure.
Initial goals: 200. 28%. 44”. 130/80 (assisted conservatively by medicine).
Plan: ... (!?! Kind of the weak link.)
