    I just opted in for a free week membership to an F45 Gym. It’s seems good so far

    They've been popping up all over the place here in Sydney (Aust). I had a quick look into them and it seems they're shtick is 45 minute session of Functional movements (hence F45).

    It seemed really interesting but a little bit too expensive for my tastes.
