I don't eat much chocolate, but I'll have a piece of dark if I fancy it.

Hi I'm chocolateholic I just love chocolate. I found a new chocolate snack that taste good and not a lot of calories.
Its called Fibre 1 with 6g of protein peanut butter flavour it taste like a chocolate bar and its only 140 calories.
What yummy chocolate snacks have you found?0 -

I think I already said the fiber one oats and chocolate bars, but I also love the nature valley dark cherry chocolate bars, and now I am loving chocolate pudding made with skim milk (even put a little whipped cream on top if I want and the calories are still pretty low)0

Extra dark chocolate, like 70% Cacao minimum, up to about 89%.
It's not that it's low calorie in and of itself, but it's like drinking a little triple-espresso instead of a pot of sugary Starbucks coffee, it's such a concentrated hit and so low in sugar (by comparison) that you can have one square of a bar and feel that sweet craving totally fixed for quite a while. I have chocolate every single day, but only buy 1 bar a week.
The taste is something to get used to, but once you do I prefer it over regular chocolate.
For reference, regular 'dark' chocolate is only 12% cacao.0 -
