Need some encouragement!

I feel like I've been hungry and sore for 2 months now, and have only lost a couple of pounds at most. I haven't lost anything off my hips and only 1 inch off my waist. :noway: I'm doing the Tracy Anderson mat method and walking, and faithfully logging everything that goes into my mouth. I usually go over my protein and sugar limits, but not the calories (1200 per day +/- depending on exercise). Is that a problem? I can't figure out what I might be doing wrong. I've never had this much trouble losing weight in my life!
