Linking mfp to Samsung Active Watch

Hi
I've been linked with MFP and fitbit for the last 3 years but just upgraded to a samsung active watch. I disconnected my fitbit from mfp and have connected samsung health but although everything I put on mfp syncs to sh nothing from sh syncs to mfp. I have no record of any exercise and when I try to connect mfp to an exercise tracker it keeps bringing up a message saying "cannot connect to server"
Anyone else had this issue and did you sort it ??

I see you never got any responses. I just bought a galaxy active watch. Did you ever get it to work?

I have a Samsung gear Fit 2 Pro, using Samsung Health, it will usually sync exercises, but I have never been able to get steps to sync.

Did you set up your MFP settings to sync? My samsung gear sport syncs steps and workouts just fine. Only issue I have had is when I sync both in the same day, I end up with a negative calorie adjustment, so I just ignore that part.

which app do you use to connect mfp? there is nothing for Samsung.

Never had an issue getting them to cross sync
