I started low carb and counting calories last March and lost 28 pounds by September. I took a break during the holidays and started back in February but I can’t lose anything! I’m eating about 1100 calories daily and trying to keep the carbs low. Only exercise is walking. How can I jump start my weight loss? Need about 17 lbs to go. Help! I’m really frustrated!!!

do you use a food scale on everything? if not start there. and carefully select entries in your journal, there are many errors in there.

How are you measuring your portions?

Are you double checking that the entries you are using in the database show accurate calories?

What is your height and current weight?

I just bought a food scale this week so I’ll be using it from now on, but I lost the28 without using it and I’m not doing anything different. But I’ll try it. Thanks,

It's not uncommon to be able to get away with not using a food scale at the beginning of weight loss, especially if you have a lot to lose. That doesn't last long, however. You're 28lbs lighter than when you started, that could be enough to make a difference for you in terms of needing to weigh and track.
