Hearts of Palm Linguine

So I recently found canned hearts of palm linguine in the grocery store in the dried pasta section. They are my new favorite thing!

I’ve always loved hearts of palm and now I can eat them like noodles. I’m adding them to everything to pad out the dish and make it more satisfying - I’m a volume eater.

Just wanted to share because I’d never come across hearts of palm noodles before.

How do they taste? I really like plain and ordinary pasta. Is there a calorie difference?

There are 60 calories in the whole can. To me they taste great! I eat them in the same way you might eat other veggie noodles.

Yes. It comes in a can, but were next to the dried pasta. I eat lots of canned hearts of palm but I’d never seen it cut into linguine before.
