Last 15 pounds

I have lost 78 pounds and am down to 160. I am very proud of that, however I made a new goal to get to 145 and while I am loosing these last pounds feel so much more frustrating then the others.
I joined a gym and am adding exercise to the mix which I know will help.
I guess my question is do you every feel satisfied and done with loosing weight? I started this thinking 160 was the goal but when I hit it I wasn’t happy with that.

Yes, and you’ll know when you hit your feel good weight. When I was losing weight after pregnancy, I hit 150 and felt pretty good. Then I hit 140 and felt fantastic. Then I stopped. I found my feel good weight.0
