Hi I need some ideas for breakfasts, lunch, and dinner that will help me lose 20 lb and get fit. Do you have any suggestions that have been working well for you? Thanks!!

When making any meal I always put double veggies. No potatoes those don't count cuz they are so startchy. Pick a lean meat and any grains should be whole. Example I will grill chicken or shrimp with thyme, basil and lemon juice, salt to taste, also grill any veggies I want. Sometimes they can get boring steamed, so grill the frozen veggies after thawed too! Spices don't have calories so don't force yourself to eat plain meals. I've started this before joining here and lost much weight just in this. Taste is a big factor of what your body wants so don't scarafice it!0
