    You are the one who should be designing your own meals. You can use Google just as effectively as we can. I'm sure I could design you a perfect meal plan to hit your your macros; but what if you hate all the foods I picked? What if the foods I picked are not available in your area? What if you are allergic to them? What if I go way over/under on the calorie target? What if? What if? What if? We (the community) have NO IDEA who you are, what you like, where you live, what your budget is, what your goals are, etc.
