Finally getting myself together

Hi, my name is Chris. I’m 22 years old and I’ve been overweight most of my life. All my life I’ve always aspired to become a professional athlete, but I was always too scared to try. In the past month I’ve finally started to get myself together and go to the gym 5-7 days a week. I’m currently 234 lbs, and I plan on being 165-180 by the end of the year. Any tips on supplements or healthy meals for weight loss would be greatly appreciated!

    Well done Chris just eat real food high protein good fats and veggies every colour of the rainbow
