Funally committed

Hey all. Well I just turned 30 a few months ago and finally decided enough is enough and i wanted to get healthy! I found a fitness program that I like and figure i might as well commit to the food as well!

A bit about me: i have a horrible back, scoliosis and degenerative disk disease and early stage arthritis in my hips. I live with constant pain. Before everything went bad I was an athlete. Lacrosse, basketball, soccer, baseball...all of it, I did it. After college I went to work and didnt work out, that plus the beer scene in Colorado got me to no longer care.

I tried many times to commit but i always gave up...mostly because I jumped in too quick and hard and then lost steam and just poof no motivation.

This colorado girl wants to go hiking, enjoy the putdoors, and just finally try to alleviate some pain. So far my husband and I have been commited for 3 weeks, healthy plans, meal prepping and the works. Hope my motivation stays this time!
