A smoothie a day!

Keeps my late night hunger away. So, at the end of the day if I have been good (I still have calories left over to use) I have started making my own smoothies with fat free yogurt and whatever fruit I have in the house with some added protein and sometimes even chocolate (dark) with bananas and it keeps me full til i'm in bed. I eat nothing after 930 and my bedtime is usually 1130. Hope this helps someone!
