New to message boards.

I'm Sondra and live in Tempe, AZ. I was on Myfitness before but never followed through on post my food. I was at 178 at one time and I'm at 163 now. Two days ago I was at 161 then something happens. I get so hungry that I always gain 2 or 3 lbs! :(. I don't know why I do this, and I hate it.
Any ideas how I can change this?

    Of course, I have no idea what is going on with you. For me, there are two things that seem to trigger this ... too little sleep, and undereating for a few days (significantly under allotted + exercise calories). The big thing is to not let day or two become a week or two. Get back on track and then look at your tracking log and see if there are changes you can make. Good luck!
