Hi everyone! I'm new to Myfitnesspal and more or less new to being healthy and fit on purpose.
I've been accidentally relatively active and eaten sort of decent-ish most of my life, up until the last couple of years, and have managed to put on a few punds of fat. I definitely need to learn a bit more about healthy eating and living. Other than that, I'm a naturally very slim person, but also apparently ridiculously heavy. I know no one is going to believe me, but I'm 5'2 and pretty darned slim and fit at around 130-140 lbs. Right now I'm around 155 and will be happy if I can get down to at east 140 lbs. Because of a spine/nerve injury, as well as a knee injury, there won't be any running or heavy weightlifting for me at the moment, but I'm pretty fond of walking and cycling.


Anyway, that was a little about me. Happy to have found a place where people seem supportive of each other and looking forward to seeing peoples progress!
