How do i log this ?

I do trainning sessions with my personal trainer and they vary how should i log it .

    Look at the average for the different types of things you do-/cardio, strength, calisthenics, etc. you may find there’s not actually that much difference from one to the next in cals.

    You haven't given any clues beyond "varied"....

    I log it as a workout on my fitbit and then manually enter 1 calorie burned for the amount of time I worked out.
