March 26 Workout A was Incline Press, Bench Press dumbbell, Bicep Curl, Rope Hammer Curl, Reverse Fly Machine, total weight for the entire workout was 6,455 lbs. Today I added hammer curls to the workout. The total weight lifted today was 10,565 lbs. That’s a personal record gain of 4,110 lbs more than what I was lifting March 26 almost a month ago.

    A 61% gain in tonnage in 30 days could be considered a bit much.

    What was you average intensity?
