change up workout routine

I am getting comfortable doing the same workout routine and it's been almost 4 weeks. How often do you change up your routine and do you find it effects your weight loss. My workouts still challenge me but I enjoy them at the same time.

    I target different muscles each day. And do some cardio daily. I change up each week which muscle group I work on which days. I have been doing that for 3 weeks now and that is the only way I was able to break my plateau. I had gone almost 3 months with no weight loss. I have lost 2 lbs in the last 3 weeks. Good luck.
