Does anyone know how many calories are burned when using the vibration machine for 10 minutes or more?

Probably something close to zero unless you were doing something while standing on it.

How many calories does standing up burn? That many.

My understanding is that vibration plates have almost zero use in fitness. About the only use they have evidence for is bone and tendon recovery.

Pick the machine up and carry it for 5 miles.

    Should burn some calories.
