Hi...I've been doing a medically supervised weight loss program for a week now. I had good success so far...had a 17 pound loss...feeling better physically but mentally I'm still struggling with cravings and food binging obsessions and mental health problems....looking for ppl to meet on here for friendship and support...feel free to message me..thx

    Keep up went you are doing. Find podcasts to help mentally. Faith, meditation, or just good humor are ways to help. I took my goals slow and steady. Worked out smaller portions, cut the amounts of potatoes, noodles and bread. All these were my favorites (big time). Hope I can help.
