You choose your mode of exercise, you goal in steps or miles and MOVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My Personal goal will be 115 Miles for MAY since I made 112 in April...

    WAY TOO GO MACHKA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU SO INSPIRE ME! <3 Keep it up. As you get older (like me) it is tough doing a lot but I do my best. Yesterday I push mowed the lawn, walked the dogs, helped my husband in the garden, helped him pull a water well pump that has gone back and TODAY I am so sore I can barely move! ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh....

    70 miles, biking and walking... that was just the first 1/2 of the month... I keep letting the days go by without moving purposefully. ugh I am letting myself down. I had a cold the last week +, but I am sure I could of done something!!! Heading into June with a goal.... 45 mins of activity a day, 30 miles of bike a week, 10 miles of walking
