The more hunger pangs I endure, the more I win.
The more I go to bed hungry, the more I win.
The more times I go to the gym, the more I win.
The more sweat-soaked my shirts are from workouts, the more I win.
The more weight I lift, the more I lift it, the more I win.
The more time I add to my workouts, even seconds, the more I win.
The more miles I add to my workouts, even tenths of miles, the more I win.
The more I make my muscles burn, the more I win.
The more I pass up the cake and donuts in the office, the more I win.
The more I refuse to eat the brownies and cookies at home, the more I win.
The more holes I have to make in my belt, the more I win.
The more clothes I shrink out of, the more I win.
The more people tell me I look like I'm losing weight, the more I win.
The more I don't cheat on my nutrition, the more I win.
The more the scales go down, even if only by tenths, the more I win.
The more veins I see being pushed out by new muscle, the more I win.
The more I deny myself, the more I win.
The more I push myself, the more I win.
The more I refuse to fail, the more I win.
The more I persist, the more I persevere, the more I win.

The less I care about food, the more I win.

Blogs: http://mevsthebulge.com/ and http://dailydosefitness.wordpress.com/ - both are by the same girl, one is her weight loss and the other is her new life and info that she likes to pass on now that she's a PT. She has also written a lifestyle program.

Facebook Page: Amanda's Daily Dose of Awesome

I love my Polar FT4 for training, I find seeing how long I've worked out and getting a good idea of calories burned is helpful.

Team sports. Fun, social and playing something competitive (relative depending on the level) really makes you push that extra little bit

Lifting weights - makes you feel powerful, reshapes your body and just love seeing what my body is capable of

Favourite FB Page - if you're looking to get into lifting and or IF "Fierce, Fit, Fearless". Full of inspirational women

Sleeping. Getting enough sleep, even getting extra sleep. But yes. Sleeping is my favorite.

Agree with this also. This is so key for all aspects of getting healthy. Motivation, focus, recovery, self-control. Can't over-state the benefits of getting enough sleep

I love working out while watching tv. There's a fitness center in my apartment complex, with two elliptical machines, one treadmill, and a rower. love to put on South Park while I use one of the machines :D

I find comedy shows work best for me - they put me in a good mood.

Also, mangoes. Mangoes are the most delicious fruit ever. I never used to like fruit, but now that I've found this fruit, I look forward to and yearn for the day that they ripen. I will actually eat these fruits as dessert!

I would add protein shakes to your meal plans, one after working out and on in the afternoon.

Facebook page: Funeral For My Fat. Love the title, first of all! She had this on the page: "When I go to the gym, I like to wear all black. It's like I'm going to a funeral, for my fat." LOVE IT!

It's run by a young gal, I think she's in college for nutrition or something. Her page is fantastic- mostly about clean eating, but lots of motivational tips, healthy recipes and funny memes. Keeps me reminded about my fitness while I scroll my FB page. GL!
