I just started using this app. I have been struggling with my weight. I'm 55 years old and I have thyroid issues and I have heart problems so I have gained a considerable amount of weight. So far I like the app and feel I do better because it holds me accountable. I'm trying 1900 calories to start with its hard knowing what I can eat.
