Is it worth it to buy whey protein isolate instead of concentrate?

I am sure a lot of you use protein powder/weight lift, so I thought I’d come here for advise.
I currently use Bob’s Red Mill Protein Booster (pea protein) but am thinking of switching to whey. Concentrate is cheaper but apparently isolate is better in that it has less carbs but the same protein content. Do you all think it is worth the money to get the isolate? And do you do flavored or plain?
